2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer through the e-commerce platform operated by the Seller, and whose specifications and sales price are stated below.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
​
4.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and accepted this agreement electronically, and this agreement will become effective after confirmation by the Buyer.
4.2. The Buyer declares that they have read and understood all the essential information regarding the main characteristics of the product/products, sales price, payment method, and delivery, and has provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason and without paying any penalties after receiving the product/products subject to the contract.
5.2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day period, the Buyer must notify the Seller by fax, email, or telephone and return the unused product/products with the approval of the Seller.

6. RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
6.1. If the Buyer wishes to return the product/products within the withdrawal period and with the approval of the Seller, they must submit a return request.
6.2. If the returned product/products are found to be appropriate by the Seller upon inspection, the refund process will be carried out.

7. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
The Buyer's personal data will be kept confidential in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and related legislation, and will not be shared with third parties without the Buyer's permission.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Turkish law shall apply to the implementation of this agreement. In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Boards of the Province and District within the monetary limits determined and announced annually by the Ministry of Customs and Trade are authorized, and in cases exceeding these limits, Consumer Courts are authorized. The BUYER may apply to the Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of the SELLER or the BUYER, at their discretion.

10. EFFECTIVE DATE
The BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement when they make the payment for the order placed through the website. The SELLER is responsible for making the necessary software adjustments to ensure that this agreement is read and accepted by the BUYER on the website before the order is completed.
