They are designed in our studio in Istanbul and carefully sewn in our atelier located in Akhisar, Manisa.

We prefer soft, natural fabrics that are suitable for babies' skin. The founder personally choose most of them by touch — especially 100% cotton, muslin, and linen textures.

Almost all items are handmade — either sewn by us or by our trusted local partners. Some are made-to-order, while others are produced in very limited quantities.

At Tubebé Istanbul, we handcraft our garments using natural fabrics. Due to our handmade process, sizes may vary slightly, always in your favor, as we prioritize our customers' satisfaction. Additionally, please note that studio lighting may affect the colors in product photos. To provide a more accurate representation, we showcase product videos taken in daylight on our Instagram account. We encourage you to view these videos before placing your order to ensure the closest match to the actual product colors.

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. For made-to-order products, the timeline may vary — you’ll find estimated production times in each product description. During busy periods and weekends a delay may occur. For unusual delays you will be notified by our Customer Service.

Our website currently serves orders within Turkey only. For international purchases, please visit our Etsy shop.

The shipping cost for all of Turkey is applied as a fixed fee to your shopping cart. Our shipping fee for all of Turkey is 100 TL including VAT. Shipping is free for purchases of 2000 TL or more.

At Tubebé Istanbul, every order is carefully packed with a complimentary gift wrap. We ensure that no price tags are included in our packages, allowing you to easily gift your purchases to others. We guarantee that your gift will bring joy and satisfaction.

If you made a mistake in your delivery address, please contact us promptly. You can reach us through our email address, or via our Instagram account. Please note that nothing can be adjusted after 4 hours from the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are not able to make any changes to it.

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can reach out to us to request a cancellation. For custom-made items, please note that once production has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Tubebé Istanbul's payment system is supported by the İyzico infrastructure. You can make payments using any credit card, debit card, or cash card from any bank you prefer. If you have an İyzico account, you can also make payments using your İyzico membership.

We currently do not offer this service.

These are made-to-order pieces, created specifically after you place an order. We offer different styles each season. They are made from scratch and shipped within the timeframe listed.

Some very special pieces — one-of-a-kind items or products we’ve reimagined with our own touch — are offered during Instagram Live sales. These are only available for shipping within Turkey.
